Yoga is a work IN just as much as it is a work out. Trust in your own breathe and love your body for all that is able to do, right here, in this moment. Let's all meet each other where we are at-mentally, emotionally and physically and now literally, right now. Grab a mat and let's stretch it out.

Today I Affirm:

I will be gentle with my healing. I will forgive myself for starting over for what feels like a million times. I will be gentle with my process. I will have less judgement and replace harsh negative self dialogue with more compassion and understanding.

Evolving is an ever-long process, one that is not linear, one that is not static but rather dynamic, confusing, rage-inspiring, awe-encompassing and sometimes, when the light shines through in the darkest spots, it’s absolutely breathing taking.

Today I Affirm:

It’s okay to be tired. It’s okay to be heartbroken. It’s okay to not feel strong. I will lean into those truths just as much as I will lean into my strength when I do feel empowered, supported and unstoppable. It’s all real. Both experiences exist simultaneously.

I will trust my intuition that even in the darkest of times, there is light. That light is magic and hope. That light shows up in the form of trusting myself, my growth and my power. Healing isn’t meant to always be easy but I do believe it’s meant to guide me to something better, something that sets my soul on fire with passion and something that mirrors my truth. It’s all apart of the process and I’m reminding myself that it’s okay to rest and pause when on the journey.
